Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply and do the work, and never sell it. Questions or deletion requests: [email protected].

What we collect

• Things you send us: your name, email, business name, the plan you're interested in, links, shoot date and location, and your message when you use our form, plus anything you send by email, iMessage or Instagram DM.
• Client materials: videos, photos and account access you give us to do the work.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address to deliver the site and stop abuse, such as spam on our form.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
• We don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your free audit, plan and deliver your services, bill you, and keep our records. We may show work we made for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to (see our terms).

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare delivers this website.
• Apple iCloud hosts our email and iMessage.
• Our payment processor handles billing.
• Instagram (Meta): our page shows our Instagram feed. When it loads, Instagram may set its own cookies and collect data under Instagram's privacy policy.
• Social platforms you hire us to post on receive the content we post for you.

How long we keep it

Inquiries we don't hear back on are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while we work together and as long as needed for tax and legal reasons afterward. Client footage is kept for 90 days after a project ends unless you ask us to keep it longer or delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted on this page.
